OUR PROGRAM
Access to flexible space/Hot Desk - Adaptable space and landing pad for technology entrepreneurs. Modest sized offices to larger spaces (150sq ft -1500sq ft) with flexible lease terms. Ideal for hybrid working situations, and budding R&D projects. Common area and shared meeting rooms/board rooms or hot desk space is available for companies needing a place to land and collaborate for a week or a monthly membership. Shared support/or virtual administrative resources.
- 50% space allocated for early stage (3 year terms, renewable to two additional years with new milestones unlocked)
- 40% allocation for growth stage (5 year term, renewable with new milestones unlocked)
- 10% Business Support companies in house (NRC-IRAP) Hot desk space allocated for Innovation Business Support service partners
Networking & Events - Collision space for Accelerator events & cohort companies, Post secondary and industry mixers, investor & founder mixers and panels.
Business Development & Entrepreneurial Development - Relevant in-house and virtual information sessions for companies. Matchmaking with municipal, provincial and federal programs. Innovation Monitoring to track key milestones and company graduation needs while allowing Park management to collect valuable data.
Mentorship - Accessing available resident growth stage entrepreneurs and EIR's from the Edmonton innovation ecosystem.
Coordination of Business Support Services - A “Business Clinic” Drop in center for tech transfer activities, industry academia bridging, Innovate Edmonton, Alberta Innovates, etc.
